at least you get paid on full pay still.
my niece has to travel about 45minutes to work and yesterday it took her ages to get into work, she supposed to be there at 9 and didnt get there til about 11, then she left early as she didnt know how long it would take her to get home and she had to look after her brothers in the evening and her bosses told her that any time missed has to be made up for, either by missing out on pay or making up the time, i thought was a bit mean really, as it wasnt her fault she got in late, yeh it was her decision to go early but that was understandable as she didnt know if she was gonna be stranded kinda thing,

oh i do hope evelyn manages to get back to you today, are they far away from where you live? at least if its melting then thats a good sign that she could be back with you today?

yeh our mate has malumites too , he breeds them and he said its amazing seeing them in this weather, like you said its what they are built for ,

I think inner Manchester is the only place in the country without any real snow. We have had the snow equivalent of drizzle for three days but none of it has settled. It is bloody freezing though.

I meant to do some yoga this afternoon but that involves getting up off my arse and I haven't managed it yet.
What, that? It's a spade.

I'm now actively seeking alternative employment, it's probably way too high on the social media policy to actually explain so if anyone wants to know (& have me rant at them) please, feel free to drop me a DM.

Aside from that. Meh.

A lovely sunny day here, albeit a bit nippy. Thankful the little snow we had has melted away now I'm back at work. It takes some getting used to after a month off.
After a lifetime of eating breakfast about 11ish I've started eating it as soon as I get up and having yoghurt, fruit & seeds at brew time. So far it's a success, I've found I'm not eating crap as soon as I get home. i shall wait and see if there's any improvement on the waistline :D

I got a pair of size 12 trousers on today & fastened them without having a muffin top bulge. I'm fucking flabbergasted!

Aside from that, I seem to be boycotting myself at work. Sold a grand total of ZERO today.

I don't even want to know what that kind of cold feels like!! -10 is bad enough!

I weighed myself this morning....I weigh 10st 6. That means I've lost 2st 11lb since I decided I needed to lose some weight. I might go for a total of 3st loss, that means I've got 4lb to go.

Awesome

It doesn't feel too nice! The worst part is the face/nose, I found out today that my coat actually zips up all the way to my nose! It's also annoying because you're dressed so warmly, if you go indoors anywhere, you're then boiling! Come on Spring...

So....I went to a boutique and got properly fitted for a bra today....it was AMAZING. I'm a 34DD/E  I've been wearing a 38C!

I can't believe how wrong I was on my size. She was amazing and explained everything that the vast majority of people believe is their right size is completely wrong. She showed me where a bra should sit on the body, ribcage and around the muscles etc.

Can't believe it. The bra I got is SO comfy and it looks like it shouldn't fit me.....but it does!

I really would recommend to everyone, going and getting properly fitted (I'm not saying people on here don't, but the amount of people wearing bras that don't fit is immense).

A good bra is an amazing thing! I need to go to M&S next time I've been paid as every time I measure myself every website gives me a different size...from an A to an E. I shit you not!

I got measured after I lost weight, they seemed smaller to me, I thought a C cup, she took one look at me and said no way, haha. Turned out I'd gone from a 38DD to a 36D...not bad considering how much I've lost. I swear sometimes they're getting bigger again

Oh and I tried an online measuring thing once and it said A cup...wtf is up with that.

It is amazing!

She said that a lot of women think their boobs get saggy because they have children, but it's mostly down to not wearing a bra that supports you properly. I just couldn't believe I'm a DD

When I think of DD I think of Pamela Anderson

All right girls. No need to show off.

Last time I got measured, they told me I was a 34A. I thought it was a ruse so I would go and spend all my money on a wonderbra. And that's exactly what I did.

Nowadays, I say I'm a 34 long.
What, that? It's a spade.

I love WonderBra - I find them incredibly comfortable. I am also of the belief you need to pay a decent amount of money for nice, well fitting undies. £5 bras just don't last.

I'm just glad I don't have my pregnant boobs anymore - I ended up with a G bra

I need to dry my hair & go to bed. bleh.

Sorry Grace :D

I was just amazed as to me they don't look anywhere NEAR that big, just quite average really.

I agree with you about cost though Sarah. I can very rarely afford to but decent bras but got myself a couple yesterday. One from that boutique (£30) and then I grabbed a FrostFrench one in the Debenhams sale. I LOVE their stuff, it's really quirky and nice.

Yowza  I wonder if that will happen to me haha.

I might invest in a wonderbra. I did have one years ago but it made my boobs look rather indecent.

The first ever underwired bra I got was a Wonderbra....I remember it being really uncomfortable but chances are it just didn't fit properly. Also I had NO boobs until I was about 24.

Mine seemed to spring up overnight when I was about 14, from a 32A to a 36C. So that was great fun at a mixed school

Loads of people say that. It's the main reason I still get a bit hopeful if I get a spot, as if puberty might get a second wind.

Day off today and I have not been as productive as I would have liked. Bollocks.

Evening all :-)

I desperately need to get measured accurately. I don't know if its worth it though yet as I have only stopped breast feeding in the last month, and I'm led to believe my boobage will alter before settling to my actual size.

I have a appointment in London in feb, which has come through really quickly so I'm happy. It's really hard to explain to people why I'm going to see this specialist but hopefully once I've seen him things will be so much clearer. Never been more excited to go to hospital. Actually after everything that happened in our local hospital with Rosie I turn into a wreck when we go. I'm also afraid I will bump into the drs who told us she was going to die as I might actually kick them/and or scream at them. Jerks.

Gracey - how is your writing going? X

My skin has been so annoying recently, I said to my OH, I thought we were supposed to stop getting spots by now!

Morning all...it's so cold again! Booooooooo. Also, I feel like a zombie this morning. Braaaaains.

Have fun, Liz :D

I'm proud of myself, just rang to explain something and get a new dr's appointment, all in Norwegian. Which doesn't sound like a big deal, but I HATE using the phone (weird I know!) and also I was calling my therapist which always makes me a bit worried haha
