On Friday I went to see Les Mis at the Imax in London. I am still not over it and am considering counselling for PTSD.

That bad huh?

Got myself some weights to make my 30 day shred a bit more effective. I'm sticking with it and it IS getting easier.

I know a few people doing the Shred. Keep going, Liz. I worked out heavily today, too.

I got a full set of acrylic nails done on Saturday. You wouldn't believe how long this has taken me to post from my phone!
What, that? It's a spade.

I've been doing it every other day but after doing it today I'm going to give it a go tomorrow as well. Worth a try after all.

I didn't work out today, did a massive full body weights session on Saturday and I may have been a bit overenthusiatic because one butt muscle hurts   back to it with upper body tomorrow though.

So fricking cold today, I think my nose got frostbbite!

I've gone back on Dukan. First aim is to lose half a stone. Apparently that'll only take a week or so providing I stick with it. Then, I might aim for 10 stone & weigh the least I have in at least 15 years.

Aside from that. I'm miserable.

Ah, sorry :D

REALLY not my thing at all. I have heard it's very good though. Plus Hugh Jackman is always nice ;)

Soooo I managed to shred this morning. A bit achy but it's definitely getting easier. I feel much tighter but I still measure the same. I've definitely got less "jiggle" though.

Ugh. I hate that, you'll lose weight - the scales will show you & yet everything still fits the same way >__<

I'm on day 2 of Dukan - gonna attempt to drink this water thing people keep harping on about.

Oooh, I made a pattern last night from an idea in my head *proud* I've not drafted a pattern for well over 10 years! I think a few people on here might love what I make with the pattern :D

Water definitely helps when losing weight, I drink about 3-4 litres a day...I'm always on the toilet though

I feel less jiggly all over now, apart from...the belly. I just wanna chop it off! I'm the other way round with the scale and inches stuff, often I look/feel and measure smaller but I'm the same or heavier on the scale!

Just been to the gym, damn the freezing slippery walk home. Our bloody water has been cut off too, until this afternoon apparently. We got told at 18:15 last night, queue the quickest showers ever and filling of all utensils with water!

Well, I weighed myself & I've lost 2kg. Not bad for a day ;) I'm about 10st 10lb now.....just need to keep it up :D

I don't like water. I'd much rather drink coffee.

Hi all. I've bought a fitness DVD, which i'm going to start next week.

We're off to Oxford on Thursday as Evelyn has an appointment with a doctor regarding her arm (we're currently in a clinical negligence case against the hospital for her birth injury). I can't wait to get it out of the way.

I have also started to work on an Stay store. Though its not live yet as I have to work on the stock for it now. I will be selling dreads, handmade accessories and jewellery and hopefully faeries and other fables :)

I didn't work out this morning. i had all intentions of doing it, then cuddled the cat instead.

I've spent the whole day attempting to entirely rearrange the wall at work. This is a massive task with more complexities than I had envisaged and I am suitably knackered.

I'm going to have a piping hot bath and an early night.

I've been sewing. ALL DAY D= Clearly tired & hungry I've made a *massive* mistake that is going to require at least 20 minutes of unpicking teeny tiny little stitches. Ugh.

I've eaten now, need a smoke & then I think I might try & get this hoody finished so I can start the next one.

It's official. I am shit at early nights. But very good at piping hot baths.

A bloke was just very loudly CS gassed outside our house by the dibble. It was a bit of excitement until his screaming scared the shit out of Elfin.

Ghetto life, eh.

That was me last year Liz. I finally found an eating plan that works for me & has helped me train my body to not eat crap. Cravings are hard to begin with but it gets easier.

Nursery for K today. They were stunned with him on Monday - they didn't know he knew all his colours & his numbers (except ten, he says one-zero for ten)

I'm back at work tomorrow after my 11 days off stint. I'm not looking forward to going back to all that pressure. However, it means I can pick up my new glasses in the morning.

I need to sew & go over to town & get a zip, some wadding & a few mailing bags. I'll do that all after K is at nursery.

My problem is I KNOW I've been a bit crap with my diet, so I can't blame anyone but me. I gave up the diet before Christmas so I could relax but have yet to get back to it properly

Good luck back at work tomorrow....it's horrible going back after a long break.

Aye, hopefully they've left my shifts as is so I'll only be in one day then off for a day.

Right now I'm installing windows 7 on my laptop.

Got sent home from work at lunch today because of the snow. Glad I left when I did as things got gridlocked not long after.
My OH had to do a 5 mile walk in the snow from the train station to our home as the buses had stopped running. I secretly laughed at his misfortune :)
However, I'm missing my daughter as she got stuck ah her Grandma's as they're all snowed in. I really really wanted to play in the snow with her tomorrow and I'm gutted quite honestly.

I've made the most of the peace and quiet by making dreadies. My books I ordered also came today, so win-win :)

I hope everyone is ok and warm and snuggly!

its freezing here as we dont have any heating, so ive come up to bed to try and gt snuggly and warm, but its hard to get snuggly cos of my foot its near impossible to get a comfy position
the boys were wide awake at 6am wanting to go out and play in the snow, we are not forecast any more here, so hopefully by tomorrow night it would have all cleared up
do you still get paid from work for being sent home cos of the snow?

Yeah luckily it will be on full pay, thank god.

Well snow seems so have melted a tiny bit. I'm hoping my Mum will be able to bring back Evelyn today. I would be gutted if she was away another night. Our malamute however is loving this weather, it's what he's built for :D
