First wrappies! n00b

Post by Lamie » Sat Sep 17, 2011 8:31 am

Here are my first couple wrappies I finished up tonight:
Image
I realize the photos are pretty awful but I'm without a proper camera at the moment. Sorry.

Scorched the ends a bit with the flatiron but this is as even as I've ever been able to get them!

And these last two are the ones I'm the most proud of. =)

Any and all advice/critique is welcome.

I think these look really good. If your looking for more texture, you could try using a little less hair to wrap with. But tey look really good and well made.

They look great!

I think the ends will get better with a little more practice. It looks like you've got the right technique and just need to refine it a bit :)

The body of the dread looks super sweet, the ends could use some work. Maybe try roughing up the hair a bit with a comb so it's sort of backcombed then seal.
