Black eye shadow
I'm not looking for a super-dark black eyeshadow necessarily, I just need one that is easto blend.
I used to have mac carbon, but I only used it when just covering my whole lid with it(*shame*), so I've never really blended it.....and I've lost it.
So, specifically, does macs carbon blend well? If not really, then what black eyeshadow does? That I can get in america.

I use carbon a lot and I find that it does blend well, but I'd reccomend you start with a really light hand. Some people on MUA say it doesn't blend well for them though so I guess it's a matter of preference.
Also, for me it tends to travel unless I usea good, sticky base like a paint pot.
I usually use it over my blacktrack fluidline to darken/smudge the liner and to make a bit of a smokey effect.

i use urban decay's oil slick for my black. it's sparkly but not overly and blends well. mac's knight divine isn't black but it's a really nice blendable smokey grey and i know it's not really black, but beauty marked is great for a smokey eye too

If you don't like the glitter in the Oil Slick you can actually brush it off of your lids after you've applied it/Ice_Pick_Abortions wrote:i use urban decay's oil slick for my black. it's sparkly but not overly and blends well. mac's knight divine isn't black but it's a really nice blendable smokey grey and i know it's not really black, but beauty marked is great for a smokey eye too

Re: Black eye shadow
Thanks! I'll try out urban decay zero, medusa's electro black, and the knight divine. Or at least go out and try them, now that I know what to look for!
I already have trouble with my shadows staying put with UDPP, and I don't want to buy more stuff besides the shadow, so I won't get carbon.

I use Urban Decay's Oil Slick as well...but be careful as the fallout/glitter can be a pain to get off and smudges easily. I love how it has sparkles, though.

Pallidity's black is AMAZING. Everything by her is amazing =P but still. It blends well for me, and goes on very black, especially when applied wet. I love it.
