Registering?

Hi, I run a forum linked to Beeunique and hair dyeing and we often promote and link to this forum for great extension advice. Lately however some members have pm'd me and also mentioned in a post that they cannot register on this site anymore - can you tell me if there is an issue with this or if it's something obvious they (and me) are missing? I had a look around and cannot find the register page/link either. Any help appreciated so we can keep mentioning you guys - ta
