I've got notice of new private messages, but when I go to my inbox, there are only old messages there. What this now, what should I do?

is your inbox full? delete some and see if they release if they don't just above your inbox bit there is a message about releasing messages- therer is a link in there to click to release them but it isn't in another colour or anything- hover your mouse aroudn to find the bit in the text that is a link- and hey presto the messages are relased- I had a message on hold for over a year before I found where to do it!

yes, as andrea says, it will be because your inbox is full, and even then you will still see the message, and it doesn't look at all like a hyperlink, but it is!

You can also set up a folder that messages will go to if your inbox is full, thereby increasing the capacity of your inbox, albeit over 2 boxes. the limited capacity of PMs is a bit rubbish, but there isn't anything we can do about it unfortunately
