photo theft? dreadshop.de

I came across this site - I think I have seen some of these photos before, yet I don't recognize this seller to be anyone from here?

All of the photos in that gallery are from IKS cyberlox gallery. Makes you wonder about the other galleries but I don't recognise any of them.

They are definitely the DIY pics from IKS's gallery, as well as product images too. I don't see any more that I know.

I know two of the pics in the cyberlox gallery are of DepecheMaid.

I can't believe they have the audacity to actually watermark those pics?!

I say don't buy cyberlox from them, the quality is unknown.

Including a photo OF Sarah! That's really special.

I politely emailed the site owner about this and she sent me a message back claiming she didn't know what I was talking about, the pics are only of her work, and she only uses pictures from other people with permission.

Gotta love ignorance and idiocy. /sarcasm. -__-
It's slightly amusing how she used the picture OF Sarah though. Definitely caught in the act.

Oh, she sent me another email that was exceedingly rude, telling me that Sarah had given her permission to use the pictures.

I highly doubt that is true, but even in the seriously unlikely event that that is the case, she'd still be guilty of passing someone else's pictures off as her own work.

She does have permission for the catalog pictures :) I think the ones from the gallery are just a misunderstanding about what I can share and what I don't hold the copyright to.

I hope it's only a misunderstanding.. But she still shouldn't be passing off your pictures as her work. :/

Must be a misunderstanding then. But I'd tell her to remove the cyberlox gallery pictures, especially that one of you.

Shes definetely walking all over copyright law there, I'd keep pushing it to get a clear response.
