gearing up for first raffle HELP
hey everyone im plotting out my very first raffle ...woooooo! not sure how to go about it, from a paypal stand point that is... i understand they are not raffle friendly O_o so how should i go about it? also i want to use random.org to pick the winner... how does that work

For random.org, all you need to do is type in the total number of entries and it will randomly pick one. Like if 263 people enter, assign them each a number from 1-263. Then type "263" in the random number generator and it will pick a number between 1 and 263. That's your winner.
Can't help with the Paypal thing.. I think they're iffy about it because it can very easily fall into illegal gambling, so I've personally never accepted paid entries. There are a lot of rules defining sweepstakes vs. contests vs. anything else (and "anything else" tends to mean "illegal gambling").
