Anyone Know Where Neon Black Online have disappeared to?

Not too sure where to post this, but just wondering if anyone knew if Neon Black (neonblackonline.co.uk) were on holiday or something as I can't get hold of them via email or through Facebook, and ordered loads of stuff from their website two weeks ago and it just hasn't come yet, and it should have, even with the slow post... Would appreciate if anyone knows anything and can help me out Thanks!

the postal system is a bit fubar atm though, I'm still waiting for half an order(I have the other half) from wildcat jewellery - I ordered about 5 weeks ago.

Hmm it seeems so, yeah I read on Facebook a comment from someone saying they'd waited around that same period of time for stuff they brought online.

I've got 3 parcels to go collect tonight, so hopefully it's from them :3

How did your order get split up? :S Or was it two seperate transactions?

I think we've only had one day where post hasn't been delivered since the snow started thankgod. I order way too much online for the post to be cancelled!

Ah, my stuff from them came yesterday, however they could have emailed back...:S

Most of my stuff I've ordered is coming in bulk actually, only got a few more things to arrive and thats it =^_^=

I know her by name if it gets to the point anyone needs me to send her a message on Facebook/livejournal. I don't want to bother her if she's just taking a break for personal circumstances, however.
