Foam isn't anything new on the fake hair scene, although you normally just get foam accent falls rather than a full install but there have been several show offs over the years. I met a girl at Download 2006 that had lovely paint splattered foam installed, think she was Poi-Princess on the old board.

I've seen foam before but never quite such a huge install!

thats some large hair! im guessing its a wig of course, but how would one go about curling foam in such a way?
hmm... sadly im not at all experienced with foam hair, or i would probably experiment!

I had a couple of foam attempts a few years ago when I had a mahoosive undercut and hardly any hair. I really liked it, but it was a bugger to install. It wasn't THAT big of course :P

I'm not sure that it would be that heavy, just very large LOL.
That much foam may only weigh as much as a regular pair of dread falls.

I used to install foam a lot as it was readily available, cheap, really light and versatile. I never even thought of curling it though. It melts with heat so maybe applying a very very low heat whilst its wrapped around a broom handle? Just enough to set it without making it melt. I don't really use it anymore as I stick to more normal dreads and things. I've no idea of how the school run mums would react to a full head of plastic or foam hair! I think that it is proably a wig. must have taken a long time to make. I might have a play around with some leftovers just to find out now!
