I also got that message, in response to my being quite vocal on the forum about the quality of their product. I think the reason they haven't put the disclaimer on every shade that is known to be difficult is that they would pretty much only have a couple of colours without the wording added.

I hope this thread is still active but how have people found x-tensions light petrol green ? I love this shade but i don't want to buy lots and run into lots of difficulty with it .
