Natural looking dreads install

Could anyone PLEASE tell me how to do this? How to make and install them? I can not find the information(( 
I dont know how the dreads were made themselves but it looks like they were attached with a wrapping hair method. Its performed on most african american hair when people want those clean cut looking dreads. I just watched a video the other day...
