Hi guys! Been a while since I've been on here! Not done much with dreads tbh for a long time now but I miss them! Lol
I'm sure u all know of lady solo? Well I was wondering if anyone knows who makes her dreads? Or if any of u guys male dreads that thick? I love the style. I love the thickness of them and i, don't know exactly the right name for the style they are installed, but she has shorter ones at the top and longer ones underneath... like when u have your hair cut in layers. I love that too. What's that style called?
Thanks guys em xx
Here's some links to pics of her dreads but I don't know if they will work;

That isn't an install, that's a wig and they are both the same wig. The second photo is just in different lighting and has probably been photoshopped. And the style as far as I'm aware is named exactly the same as if you had your hair cut; layered.
I believe Lady Solo made her own wigs and dreads wigs, however ended up closing down shop. Best way to make your own is just make sure you backcomb lots and lots and that you are using enough hair. Try a type of sealing that does cause so much shrinkage in the dread. Using a boiling kettle, or boiling them.
