Annloses - you mean the top? unfortunately it was a one off in a little mom and pop shop. I get asked all the time, and i feel bad i can't be more helpful than that.

ann you can get a similar look with a tight 4 way jersey knit fabric sliced/cut and then worn really tight

rib type and 2 way stretch knits don't work so well, but the really springy 4 way knits work great..try picking up some really stretchy tops in size xxxs small (or in the kids department) and cutting them up... i've got a few where the front and back look like that just from cutting knit
