are you getting enough sleep and good nutrition first and foremost?

try a cool compress of chamomile tea bags (or cucumbers) when you wake up to reduce some puffy, i think lush has a good eye cream for baggy/saggy (i've heard it works as perky boob cream to, so give that a go)
i like my coffee black
just like my metal

For a quick fix try putting two table/dessert spoons in the fridge for 10 mins then gently place the backs of the spoons over closed eyes for a minute..it works for meeee :) Old wives thing, i know! lol

Hope it helps!

I've heard toothpaste should work too, haven't really tried it.. which is weird since I've tried pretty much every tip above xD I recomend the cold spoon trick, even though it's not very pleasant to do in the morning xD
