white eyeliner

I'm after a highly pigmented white eyeliner, preferably pencil as I'm planning on applying it on my water/lash line. I'm after a strong look as I want to try a few tricks to make your eyes look bigger and most white pencil eyeliners seem to be better as highlighters. Anybody know a good brand? That I can get in the UK

They do a waterproof white which is sparkly and a bit of a bitch

But their normal white one is pretty awesome

The best I have used is Bourjois - the one with white one end black the other. Very very white indeed.

I use NYX Jumbo pencil in "Milk" It's the best white I've used, it doubles as eyeliner & a creamy eyeshadow. I literally use it everyday as a eyeshadow base, and if you pat on some matte or shimmery white it'll make it really pop. It also lasts pretty much all day. I paid $3.99 for it, I've had it for maybe 5 or 6 months and I've still got about half the pencil left. I believe it's $4.50 on the site before shipping :]

But MAC I prefer for waterline since I seem to have trouble with NYX melting away and the MAC stays forever.
