Attack of the spots!

Post by Monique_marion_may » Thu Dec 16, 2010 2:53 pm

Ugh :'( For some reason, i've started to get covered in spots all over my chin, neck(?!) and chest.. I have no idea of why this has happened, can anyone reccomend a good spot cream/product? Thanks!

Thats quite a big area?
Its not chicken pox is it? :/

Maybe you should go to the drs..maybe you're allergic to something?

I would possibly use E45 cream as its cheap and can soothe the skin

was going to say- sounds like an allergy. I had a bad outbreak in the same areas in summer-cos of sun cream. Have u been using something new? Having said that you can become allergic to something you've been using for ages too...

lack of sleep, stress etc can all be attributing factors too hon. Also, if you've upped your water intake, your skin gets worse before it gets better

Thanks girlies, i don't think its an allergy, just as i dont have any that i know of and havent been using anything new. Im on anti depressants and this week has been quite a down week, ive been constantly physically knackered, so thinking its something to do with that. It's Just making me feel worse.. I will look for benzoyl peroxide, there is just soo many spot creams i just dont know where to start!

I get spots on my chin fairly frequently. I use Germoline one them, seems to help.

I get something similar on my chest when really stressed, I find that applying Sudocream to the area helps a lot and fairly quickly
