I have very pale eyebrows too (I'm a redhead but my eyebrows are light blonde) I don't shave them off but I do colour them in... When I had dyed hair I used various shades to get them brown/black/blue ;D
I just fill the shape in with a pencil, then put some eyeshadow over it to darken it even further and make it look less patchy. Its pretty easy! I reckon it's easier than having to draw your eyebrows on from scratch every day :] You can always dye your eyebrows too, my sister does this and it lasts for quite a while.

I guess I forgot to put it in my post x3. I'd rather not dye my brows :/. I've never dyed or bleached before, which is why I'm having a friend who has help. And knowing my luck I'd fuck up and blind myself x3... ATM I do fill in my brows but it looks weird... I don't use a blonde pencil anymore because it didn't go with my hair and a light brown pencil is too dark x.x So I began filling in with a closer colored shadow but it still looks off to me... I'd rather they look totally drawn on or not at all x.x

Y'know :/?

When I accidently waxed my eyebrow off (whoops!) I had to draw them in for a few weeks - thankfully my eyebrow hair grows back abnormally fast, the one time it's been a blessing.

I had a palette of eyeshadows I got from ebay, one of those sets with 80 colours in them, and there was a brown that matched my hair perfectly. I wet the brush a tiny amount (think one drop of water) and used an angle brush to draw them in. It takes a bit of practice but once you get the hang of it, it's ridiculously easy - it took me a few days to perfect it and then it only took me a few minutes each day to draw them in. It was great because it looked just like I had drawn them in with a pencil, but somehow softer and more realistic.

I definitely recommend trying shadows first. If you already have and aren't having much success, check which brush you're using and see if the shadow you're using can be applied wet - that always helped with me. I also found using the angle brush much easier. When my eyebrows grew back, I continued to draw them in to make them a bit more bold - I always drew them in, rather than "filled in". Is this making sense...? Sorry, It's way too late for me XD

I wish I had good pictures to show just how realistic the shadows looked (well, as realistic as no eyebrows can get...) but all I have are crappy phone pictures. Blah.

From what I can see there, they have a lovely natural shape!

All you need to do is pluck the strays and pencil in wherever they look a bit bare - that's all I do.
If you shave them off, you really have to concentrate every day to draw them on, and even then you can end up wiping them across your face by accident.
I've noticed that people often draw their eyebrows back on in an unnaturally high arch that makes them look permanently surprised, which isn't a particularly flattering look! (unless you're going clubbing and want something really extreme) - I think it's difficult to get them even and not too unnatural-looking.

If your brows were naturally an undesirable shape - straight across or unnaturally low/high, then it may be worth shaving them, but as you appear to have such a nice, natural arch to start with, I really don't think it's worth shaving them off.

Also, what colour were you thinking of using? You really should stick to a natural shade that matches your hair, as black would look really odd with such fair skin and hair. Something a shade or two darker than they are would be fine, but I certainly wouldn't go with black liner!
I see you've had trouble finding the right colour - keep looking, as I've found that I really have to hunt to find the right shade for my brows. Each brand will often have only two or three different colours, but those colours vary widely across the different brands.. if that makes sense? Like, I was looking for a very dark brown for my brows (black is too harsh and the usual light brown is way too light and gingerish for my hair) so I had to look through lots of different brands before I found the right shade.

After not getting a reply on here for so long I already shaved my brows x3 I love it. So far I've not done anything horrible unnaturally high, to the point where no one that I haven't told has noticed :p

So for dying them, I had been planning on dying my hair black, which is why that had come up. Once I get someone to take a picture that doesn't suck my big toe... I'll post it x3

What's fun is that people that don't know... don't notice... two of my mother's friends at the university were SHOCKED to learn this... and they're like... I could never do that! I'd be drawing all over my face and it'd look horrible, that's amazing!.... I'm standing there like... Thanks?

I love 'em, I'm happy with 'em :) or without 'em as the case my be x3.
