Ok, so I really want to change this (lots of pictures because I don't have any really clear ones):





to blue hair using Special Effects Dye

with

lowlights but I'm afraid it'll mess up the curl pattern :'[ I'm probrably just a tad paranoid.. is there any truth to this?

If you over bleach your hair then yes, it can mess up your curl. It eats away at the structure of the hair, and as yours in curly, any over processed parts can lose a bit of curl.

Having said that, it would be when the hair is at the point of breakage, but with blue you have to have it white to get it to look good, you will need to bleach it for a long time.

However, your hair doesn't look like extreme curl to me, it just looks like extreme kink (ooh er ), so really whatever you do it shouldn't mess anything up too much, providing you treat your hair with lots of love after bleaching.

I think I'll just save up for a lace wig and dye it I lurve my hair lol I don't want it to fall or something. no no nooo
