Seeing as I can never really afford to go to the hairdresser, I'm considering the ramifications of cutting my own hair. (I've done this before, but only when my hair was quite long.) Right now I have a deathhawk that's a good six inches longer than I'd like it to be - and I'd like it to be just down to my eyes in front, shorter in the back. Does anybody have hair-cutting advice, or does this just sound to risky to even attempt?

Yu can buy something called creaclip it is a selection of clamps with a spirit level to cut layers and to do trims. I use them and have no issues. I will also happily cut in my own fringe ( not
at present) its only hair, it grows

Just looked it up, that looks like it would help sooo much with getting the length even in the back. Thank you!!
