Leopard Print Hair
Okay so I know the basics of how to do it thanks to my good friend Google, but the one thing I can't find out if when you stencil the leopard print on to the hair do you rinse the dye out or not afterwards? As part of me thinks it will just run everywhere and ruin the spots? But if you didn't rinse it off wouldn't it just rub off on everything?

Re: Leopard Print Hair
When I use a direct dye like manic panic and special effects, I wait till it's kind of dried out a little. When I use a dye that you mix with a developer of any kind, I use cold water and try to rub all of the dye out asap. When I do this I make sure that the stream of water is long enough that the hair can flow straight down without going down a drain or floating in a sink.
