Pros: big enough to attract small families of birds to consider it as avian real estate.

Cons: cannot see out of left eye.

It's a fair trade off.
pfft, depth perception is over-rated when you have hair that fit.

The first time i did it at a salon, and the colors faded after a month, the second and other times I did it myself...the blonde picture....and it stayed without bleeding into each other for quite sometime! I used a salon version of special effects from my hairstylist I just purchased it from her because we are friends, it's like special effects kicked up a notch, I don't remember what the brand was, but I can see if i CSM look it up! And specials effects actually worked pretty well too, I can post hat colors I used if you like as aswell, to not get it. To run or bleed into each other I just washed my bangs separately with cold water and used some (maybe Paul mitchel) color sealing shampoo and conditioner and that was it! By the time I was dying my hair rainbow though, my hair was wooooooo dead from the hundreds of bleach and color jobs that any color i put in it stuck, I don't know if that makes a difference, but good luck! Having skittles on your forehead is quite delicious :i2:

Also, mske sure you do the colors vertical and not horizontal!

yeeh i usually wash coloured hair in cold water, but for some reason last time i done this they still bled into each other, maybe if i do the colours in a different order, like not having a drak one next to a light one, maybe that will help,
also did you do each colour seperatly, process then wash off each one, or do them altogether,
if you are in the us im in the uk, so i prolly wont be able to get the dye over here, but if you can find the names of them, i can see if they are here and also what the colours are would be great
i dont find special effects that good for my hair it just fades straight away,
thanks hon, i just love it so much you totally rock it!

Well thank you I love the rainbow bangs!!
I do the colors on sextons nut I do them all at once, and then wash them out one by one I just make them separate by slicking wrapping them in tin foil, then i take the foil out one by one and wash them that way, i will try and see if i can find the old bottles for the names :) oh and i am in the US so you might not be able to find them :( I will post later today after work :i9:

So, since i remembered my login for once, here are a few of my faves...
Mine's been alternating between red and pink for the past 3 years now, but there are some quite brilliant haircuts i've had in that time.

Okay, here's a rare one
Image
Taken when I made the mistake of going back to my natural colour in late 2008 for all of 2 months. I'm the one in the middle. I Loved that fringe so much.

Image
The floofy mess that was my hair, late 2009. Another haircut i loved. I was basically just too lazy to do anything but dye it, so it just lived like that.

My hair pretty much stayed like that until April last year, when I did this...
Image
That photo isn't brilliant, but it was kind of a mullet/mohawk hybrid, and it was awesome. I stopped spiking it up when my ex boyfriend broke up with me because he was narrow minded.

For ages, i kept the mullety thing going on, and it ended up looking like this...
Image
It ended up looking so cute while it was growing out, that i had it cut like that for a while, then decided i was going to grow it.
Then, 2 weeks ago in a flash of inspiration, my aunt did this to me...

Image
I haven't spiked it up so much since having it done, but i've got this lovely shaved patch on one side :D

And it was HUGE 0_o
It stayed up all night too :D

I wish I had more pictures of my 'normal' hair looking good, but theyre all currently stuck on a broken hdd :(

I had my hair exactly the same as this when I was like 16 -17 from the colour right down to the skele hand clip =) Yay for hawks!

I also looooove this fringe. This is what I was going for for like 2 years when I had a fringe and I finally gave up because my hair just wasn't having it and I looked like an idiot.

Rhaeniel- Seeing photos of you with dark hair has made me realise who you are- I remember you from the HH board days. I am a huge fan of dark hair /dark eyes combo on girls with slightly hippy styles and used to think you were utterly gorgeous! (You're still uber pretty with colours- I just go 'gosh!' at that look) Hope you don't mind me saying. :)

Seeing all of these made me decide to dig some out!

I usually have extensions but here are some of my favourites without. :D

Image
I was pink for quite a long time. This was about 2008..?

Image
Shorter and blonde . Curls are making a break for it...

Image
(Grandad dance- don't ask. I was a bit tipsy.) End of last year.

I love having my hair blue. If I get the job I'm going for I can go back to it. :)
