I saw something very similar to my latest colour scheme on Zellain Dystopia's Pintrest. But anyway, er colours were (from thumb to pinkie) models own - black, 17 - smoke signal, avon - matte grey, models own - the lightest grey they do & a white Rimmel thing

Then I matte topcoated them.

I've had an account a little while now and I never have anything good to say.

I had ordered what I thought were polish strips which I have never used...I was so excited to try them and then I realized the description LIED and they were actually plain old stickers. They were full nail stickers but it was easier for me to just cut them into strips and only do tips



They are hard to photograph because the skulls are metallic silver..and I apologize, they are peeling slightly. 3 days old and I wash my hands a lot. I'm going to be really sad when they are gone!

I also ordered, and I'm waiting for, printable waterslide decal paper...so I'll be making customs for myself, I can't even wait. I hope to post more here soon!!

I really should start taking pics of my nails again, currently they are Rimmel pearlised black with a matte topcoat and then the tips are glossy black, however the matte has gone shiny so it isn't really clear now

I've been wanting to try matte polish...I like the way it looks half glossed. I think I'll order some right now

Red glitter stuff from virgin vie - then I french tipped them with black but they weren't equal on each hand & I couldn't leave them so I added shatter polish.

I need to re black the tips because I can see a few red bits poking through.

Forgot I bought Haunting by China Glaze not too long ago. Thought I'd try it out as an accent with my current favorite Ruby Pumps, also by China Glaze.

I got me some crackle polish!!


I painted over them a few days later though with my bargeeeen grey/green polish:

Cheap "no brand" suede effect polish with added matte top coat.

I was looking for a new matte TC. I love Essie Matte About You. But to get it in the UK is quite expensive, so I trawled ebay & found a "professional" polish for under a fiver. It's very nice, quite a thick creme polish but dries to a smooth finish & for a polish actually smells lovely.

That's gorgeous Sarah, out of curiosity how often do you change your actual nail extensions? Do you change them every time you polish, or do they withstand polish removal and repainting?

I change the polish when I change my nails, unless I'm just adding a top coat then it's the same nails. I've painted over a polish before though.

Why can't I find any nice suede finish polishes in any shops near me. I had some lovely fake nails on Sarah but had to take them off the next day when I realised I couldn't sew with them on
I might try some shorter ones.
Today my mini konad set came in the post o.O my life is over. Just waiting for the French nails set now lol. I also may have invested in gosh 549 the other day it is beyond awesome!
Too much money spent on nails and I still can't find my camera >.<

Hahah I keep my nails short for drawing and painting, so I can't do fakies either. One day, though...
