Im going to try that beef thing... looks lovely.
I love cooking... i should take some photos next time. Though being on a diet, it's not very interesting.

Baked salmon with pineapple/orange salsa (the oranges are red navels; that's why they look like grapefruit) and balsamic roasted veggies.

I miss pasta and copious amounts of olive oil. We used to be such great friends..

Me too... im one of the crazy Dukan people so it's all meat,eggs, fish and veg for me. Though holiday in Norway for a week means forgetting diet and lots of waffles

I should really post in here more often since I cook
constantly. I made these apple peanut butter bars the other day after the man and I took his kids apple picking:
And these are triple chocolate birthday cupcakes I made for his youngest's 6th birthday:
- the bday cake his mom bought him was destroyed in some kind of leaky fridge accident and wasn't replaced!!!! I just couldn't let a six-year-old go without a birthday cake so I made these and he loved them

Everyone in our house is sick, so I made some curried bean and brown rice soup with kale and lots of spices to clear out the sinuses:

It's been cooking for 2 hours now and my house smells like magic and happiness. YAY.

I've never made xmas dinner before, I usually refuse to do it as I normally get my timings wrong, but this was a triumph!

I made a really sad looking pie. I didn't have a food processor, a pie tin, eggs, or any baking skills to speak of, but I did have a can of pumpkin puree and a whole lot of moxie.
It did taste good, though
