It's nommy nommy. The hot shot is the best, but didn't think in my "delicate" state I could handle it. Oh, & that's half a parmo, not a full one

Yeah you can't get it anywhere else over here. My boyfriend is from Middlesbrough and it was the one thing he missed (that, and Sumo. Gotta say I was completely bored when I went). So I attempted over and over to recreate it for him and he always said it just didn't taste the same, I thought it tasted yummy. Then when we went to visit his family in June I tried one for the first time and I was SO considering moving up there just so I could have one on a more regular basis

yeah, totally. They're all just spins on the blueberry recipe that I posted. They're ALL skinny muffins!!! Cakes are boring.....muffins is where it's at (& I cba in creaming sugar & butter together at the time!)

Yup. That's what I do the interent told me that though.

I'm not a fan of baking....but muffins/brownies/flapjacks etc I can make all day. I loves it!

Looks pretty much the same as I do, only I added some caramalised onions to the tomatos and put a bit of cheese on top ! Just be inventive, most days I just think, "what do I realllllyyy fancy for tea?" Anythings possible! I just look up a recipe for whatever I want, follow the basics then modify it however I like!

We had the parmo before we went to Sumo, I had a half one and fell in love instantly. The best part of Sumo was randomly chatting to this big guy in a star wars tshirt. Everyone I met in Middlesbrough are WAY more cheerful than the people down here in Plymouth. Everyones so miserable

Agh, all this food makes me hungry! Think I may go on a baking binge this weekend, I know we have a muffin tray so might get creative with muffins. I remember coming up with a really good idea for muffins ages ago. I just can't remember what this idea was

Aw, thank you! I've been playing around a lot with different ways to photograph food since this thread started.

And now, tonight's dessert/snack/who am I kidding, I'm probably going to end up eating the whole box before I go to bed: a box of mini canneles made by LauraEtoile on Etsy.



I got some awesome vegan marzipan truffles from her too, but they're not as photogenic so I've got nothing to show for it (except for happy tastebuds).

Chicken Parmigiana.. or a Parmy , Parmo, Parma, any variation on the full words shortened, because if Aussies are anything they are lazy Ive never heard them called anything else though?

First post in this thread because I'm usually too impatient to eat before taking pics.

Last night's dinner; spicy veg throw-in-a-pot served on a bed of spinach (which wilts from the heat of the sauce) served with homemade wedges and baked halloumi.



And now I am hungry again!

Yeah it's cheese. I had no idea either so I looked it up on Wikipedia.. and now I want to go get some for dinner tomorrow!
