I have a noodle bake receipe I would Love to make vegan the products I want to change are cottage cheese & sour cream there used for flavour & I think it might help bind it together I could make vegan sour cream but it I don't have time what do you think I could substitute it with?

Tofu blended with a little bit of salt and lemon juice I'd say.
