I like them, very unusual. They do look very heavy though, perhaps that is what she is struggling with?
What, that? It's a spade.

Re: What do you think?(Twisted Roving)
to me, and im just making assuptions here, but it seems maybe they dont suit her style. i feel like a super girly girl would love them, and she doesnt look the type to me ( judging a book by its cover, i know i know) but i can totally see somebody else rocking these, or maybe in falls instead of an install? regardless, they are cute even though shes not happy

Re: What do you think?(Twisted Roving)
Yea,I agree!Maybe it would look a little more organic with just another t-shirt or alittle of make up in the fitting colours....
She was worried what her collegues would say (she is working in an insurance company) but well, she was already working there when she ordered the dreads and has planed already to quit in april....so,hm...

I may never be a tall blonde-haired beauty but what's wrong with a short dread-headed cutie?

I have never seen that candy before, I guess I don't like candy enough xD But I like them, they look so soft. They remind me of carousel poles if anything, like the poles that go into the horses. Weird relation, I know, but there's a carousel at the mall here.

Re: What do you think?(Twisted Roving)
and honestly, if youre the type that worries about what people (colegues, ect) will say, then synthetic dreads may not be the right hairstyle for said person.
and im feeling the carosel thing too haha. kinda may pole-ish

Wow I think they are fantastic! Maybe if she is unhappy with them you could encourage her to let you find them a new home--many ladies would love to rock that look.

Re: What do you think?(Twisted Roving)
I think they're absolutely adorable! It's pretty neat seeing a whole head of candycanes, and the ends of them look great. Did you do any wet-felting after twisting them together? If you do, you can get them a smoother and with less of a dent in between the colours Also, customers are often very silly and want things that don't really work, but that's THEIR problem
