First loose KK hair falls :S

Post by miss_mortisha » Sat Jan 08, 2011 12:51 pm

Hi all :)

After recieving a huge amount of KK and a steamer from the lovely Kaned_ferret i have started about making some dreads and loose hair falls. In the huge amount of hair was two different blues which needed some TLC combing etc which is what i set about doing with the idea of making a ponytail with the loose hair. I put these together with some black - did a few simple braids in there as well adn the result is below. Id love to know what you guys think and any suggestons on future work... i know its not brilliant but im pretty pleased for first attempt :)

Thanks :D

yes yes! Get Richard to put it on. It'd probably match his hair quite well  The colours are lovely together and it looks neat! Although the frizz on KK braid isn't the best I think the silky stuff would be too shiny. Fab job girly!

if you want it less frizzy, as you mention, you can run near to boiling water over it all and let it dry and comb it, it will become a lot silkier :)

hehe, I know what those bits o blue started out looking like so pretty good job so far imo! :)

The other thing I have done in the past to silkify kk is to use very pants straighteners on it (pants = didn't get too hot so was enough to smooth + straighten but not enoguh to melt or fry )

I'll be looking forward to a lot more hehe - it's nice to see all my unused hair get used!
