how much foam?

Post by Nenedhel » Thu Jan 29, 2009 2:06 pm

Hey guys, I've been pondering over making some foam-falls but I'm not quite sure, how much would be sufficent for medium falls and fair coverage?

I'd say use the 12x18" foam and get around 6 sheets, or alternate for layers, get 2 of the large and 6 of the 9x12" foam. The larger foam is really for much longer falls. Try and get maybe 1 or 2 extra sheets on top of that, you may want to fill them up a bit more.

When you mount them on elastic, do it in two layers (like for dread falls), that way you'll get a better coverage.
