can anyone help with any aftercare advice on how to look after your hair with these braided in?
Also how long is the recommended time frame to keep them in? do you then rebraid with fresh 5 point 5

Gracey suggested using wet (damp) hands & run them through your hair on a morning to get rid of the extra fibres as you WILL moult EVERYWHERE!
Er, same as a std install. Up to 12 weeks, just check your roots on occasion - you don't want them dreadding up. You can reuse the wool over & over again you can gently wash them, but uber gentle, like a cold soak. Or just spray em with febreze.
