Working out with dreads installed?

Post by pixychick » Tue Apr 27, 2010 2:10 am

what do y'all do about working out with dreads? So I just installed my wool dreads and went to the gym today and well my head was sweating like no other. Can I shower or should I just spray that dry shampoo on?

How did i not think of that!
I wash with installs just be prepared for the weight, its hard to just get to your scalp so alot of hair gets wet.
And of course make sure they dry out. I normally use the hair dryer no the lowest setting.
