A few old things

Post by claudiatmuk » Tue Aug 26, 2008 8:46 pm

Hope you don't mind me joining in with a few old pictures...

This was a undercut and dreads by Ceri of Snarl hair for Skin Two..
Image

She also did a matching wig, so I could use the falls after I grew my hair out

Image

And another wig by her

Image

Here's a plain old blonde wig, with a load of red extensions in it

Image

And a late edition - a makeup test with a bright pink wig

Image

There are loads more, but they're mainly just standard wigs (though occasionally massacred by me) and really not that interesting. It's time to try and do something new, but the last couple of attempts haven't been much to write home about - best to leave those photos on the memory stick!

I really like the blonde wig. Blonde with hot pink and Turq. is always a great combo.

Thanks for the nice comments - I like trying to create good photos (and throw away all the rest!). It really helps to work with some great people who take a mundane person and make them look so much better. Trannies often seem to have nice legs, but then we have long bodies and no boobs, so it sort of evens out

It seems to me that quite a few people have moved on to natural hair or loose extensions, backcombed, or styled into submission and dyed. It's almost retro 80's, except the dyes are just stunning these days compared with then. I've no idea how you go about achieving that sort of style with a wig as it needs such a light touch and real skill styling loose hair.
