Accent kit

Post by Leanna Moore » Thu May 05, 2011 12:54 am

I finished these three days ago and have worn them twice in with my black dread falls for about an hour,
but wasn't digging the colors on me.

21-24 inches long, varried thicknesses, with swirls, and are baby pink, sky blue, and medium purple (:

I'm REALLY not used to making twisted and sealed dreads, but this is how I made my second batch of dreads about a year ago- with the swirls and find its the easiest way for me to make dreads

I think they did turn out pretty good though.

Thanks (: My mom said that they remind her of a 'My Little Pony' or 'Carebear' color theme

I was really worried about how the ends were going to turn out, because I've always had problems with them before (hence why I never did twisted and sealed dreads) but my friend showed me a really cool technique for sealing ends with a straightener. It really works well for me (:

Thanks :D I mostly stick to super bright, or dark colors, so I thought I'd take a shot at doing something a little more... pastel-y
