I began collecting them too, for my daughter to play with :D
My latest addition is a Witch <3. I also have a pirate and a scubba diver. We also have a mom and her baby plus another normal one.. so it makes 6 of them :)

I absolutely ADORE your Bowie collection ^^^ *swoons*

I collect everything Buffy really, I've kind of stopped with it now, but I have quite a nice little collection. I think I have a few pictures on here already, but I'll describe anyway...

Image
Buffy picture frame, Spike 'action figure', Buffy mug, Buffy glass, signed picture of James Marsters :D, above is a poster of 'Spike' and a Buffy Palz figure set.

Image
Spike Glass, Spike mug, broken season 3 Buffy doll (oops......) and Buffy season 1 action figure in the box. There's also a little picture frame there with Angel and Buffy in.....ahem....this was a while ago most of my Buffy stuff is now tucked away.

Image
Ahhh, the cupboard. Haha, this is mostly filled with Buffy/Angel magazines and books. I have all of the 'Watchers Guides' in there and the demon guide (I'm slacking and cant remember the actual name of it....) there's Buffy and Angel top trumps in there too (top left) , Buffy Chess and the Buffy Board game as well as some calendars and 'planners' and I think a graphic novel or two...

Not shown is (a lot really.. :/ eesh) from what I can remember:
Buffy towel
Buffy mini tin lunchbox
Probably more Buffy mugs
Two Buffy mouse-pads
2 more James Marsters posters
2 Buffy posters
3 Buffy tshirts (which I've never worn....haha...)
A Buffy bag
Assorted Buffy pencil cases and stationery, jewellery and magnets, badges, keychains... blah blah blah :)
Oh the most important part! My video and dvd collection I have all seasons apart from part 2 of season 7 on video and have season 1,2 and 7 on dvd (but am hoping to get the rest..)
I have season 1 of Angel on video and seasons 1,2 and 5 on dvd.. Ha.

That may be all of it...but I've probably missed out some stuff..

I also seem to collect fabric and not do anything with it.... I'll get a photo of that later on because it's all sorted and nice in a glass fronted cupboard. :)

I also collect fabric (as in old t-shirt and burlap) in case I might need them to craft something. And candles (that gets burn easily enough, so I never have enough!) and pagan related stuff, Harry Potter stuff, too!
hand painted teapot in the shape of a witch hold a cat is also good..

I don't really intentionally collect anything although I do have a few mini collections built up of things I like (I consider this different from actually setting out to make a collection as I have done in the past, but no longer do since I am trying to create a bit of space in my house)

So, I have a small collection of kokeshi dolls, which have been given as presents, and the most recent one we bought in Japan. There is only 4 in this collection, so a very small collection, but somehow I expect it will get bigger.

I also have a woolly tights and socks collection - I absolutely love wearing woolly tights with woolly long socks over the top, so everytime I see some in a colour I don't have I buy them. I have probably 20 pairs of woolly tights and 10 pairs of woolly knee socks.

I also have qute a collection of striped knee socks in every colour imagineable. I hardly ever wear them anymore, but daren't get rid in case I want them back in a few years.

I used to collect hippos, and had loads of hippo things ranging from teeny tiny to massive. This collection is still at my mum and dad's house, I can't decide what to do with it.

I also used to collect wildhearts memorabilia, I have most of their older stuff in every format and all the ltd edition versions, and several japanese releases, which are the same except the covers are in japanese, plus lots of guitar picks, tickets, trinkets etc

I also used to collect 7inch coloured and picture vinyl singles regardless of whether I liked the song or not. I have clear vinyl, pink vinyl, several picture vinyls, clear vinyl with pictures on etc

I also have an irregular choice shoe collection I suppose!

And a Bnever eyeshadow collection

And a bento box and accessory collection.

Sorry for text only, I will try to get some photos later

The main "collection" in my house is books though, there are books everywhere, seriously we have loads of shelves, all filled with books, and many piles of them here there and everywhere!

Yeah, if books count as collections, I'm there with you! I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment and have 5 floor-to-ceiling bookcases. It's an addiction! I can't go to any kind of secondhand shop or rummage sale without picking up a few books. I am also crazy about ordering books online, especially from amazon.com. You can't go wrong with books for a penny! If my apartment ever starts on fire, you can guess what goes out the window first 8-)

Also, because they're housed in the same closet, my boots:

These are just my "going out" boots, I have several other pairs of ankle boots & such for day to day wear.

I have many collections. My family loves it because it means I'm easy to shop for. I started most the collections as a kid and they just grew into funky christmas traditions. troll dolls, miniature key chain games like operation and tiddly winks, paranormal paraphernelia, tattoo magazines, sharpie markers, and fabric. If I win the disagreement with my camera, I'll post some pics.
