Halloween Cupcakes

Normally I don't like posting pics of stuff that I've baked cos there's others on here that my skills just pale in comparison to but I spent too long on these not to show them off ha ha. Normal vanilla sponge, vanilla sugar syrup and the frosting was made with cream cheese because I really wasn't in the mood to faff about with buttercream.

Altogether, complete with some pretty awesome decorations I got from Walmart


Ghosts, chocolate icing covered with fondant. Their shiny because of dusting powder, not because they're melting lol


Vamps, all vanilla. The hair was meant to be black but even with my super duper gel colouring it was just taking too long!


Frankensteins, all vanilla. The grey icing worked well for these in the end and some metallic balls for the neck bolts


Despite starting these and not really being bothered I ended up really enjoying decorating them

I ask this, but just looking at what that cupcake with the teeth is doing, i completely understand what derping means.....mwahahahahaha!! He's cool.

SO. AWESOME. I Wish I'd seen those decorations at walmart, I also wish I had time to make cupcakes right now, but that's beside the point. The ghosties are waaaaay cute!
