Dreads 3 time

Post by gorgoroth » Wed Apr 28, 2010 8:33 am

I made some dreads for a photoshoot i was going to.
I was supposed to have long black hair, but i cut my hair short and started the "going blonde" process haha
SO this is how the dreads look... you think they look okay?

Hello lovely. :)

To be honest, I really like the contrast of the blond roots, and the transition into the dreads.

You look amazing, very awesome shoot.
I would love to see more of the dreads though it's hard to critique with the pictures given, from what I can see they look really good :)

How many did you have in there?

I'd suggest between 30 and 40 to try and bulk your hair out abit :)

In the picture I had 30 dobbel ended ones (or 30 * 2 = 60) and that was ALOT. Maybe because they were thick hmmmmmm
God this is a never ending projekt. I swear someone out there knows an easyer way to dread haha
Some people have so many diffrent hair styles with different dreads, how do they find the time!!! :i9:
I make mine the fastest I can, and it still it takes forever:(

I agree with Naturalist Designs about the amount of double ended dreads if you hair is thin like mine (mines super thin :() I find that buying or making thinner dreads helps as it doesn’t pull as much on your hair if you no what I mean hope that helps

Hot indeed! Yowza!

I LOVE the combination of the length with the hawk.. It just oozes awesome. Makes me want to see you shaking your head to some music!

And I really like the look of the roots, too.. They look great!
